At TruCapital, most of our projects are purpose-built rental developments in the form of stacked townhouses and infills.

We build small multifamilies that produce income and cash flow and make superior income properties. We focus on developments so our investors can benefit from a pre-construction lift in value and once complete, hold a beautiful, new construction property that is under warranty with minimal repairs for further wealth generation.

Although we mostly build and run these as rentals for our clients, we also build these properties for purchase as well. Most are 3-bedroom, 2-and-a-half baths, stacked townhouse developments with upgraded finishings located in desirable inner-city locations with established amenities and transportation. We pride ourselves on quality construction and appealing aesthetics in all our developments that also make sense number-wise.
